Santa Fe Springs, CO (Falcon/Peyton, El Paso County)
This mixed-use Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Falcon/Peyton,
CO is a 6,420 acre community approved for 5,370 single family
dwelling units.
At build-out, Santa Fe Springs will include 50% open space, 27 holes
of golf, a regional commercial district on the CDOT proposed
Stapleton Road Bypass, and five new schools in three different
school districts.
William Guman & Associates, Ltd. is the lead land planner and
landscape architect for Santa Fe Springs. Plans for this new
community - which has the potential to become an incorporated city
within El Paso County - were unanimously approved by the Board of
County Commissioners after Guman successfully guided the project
through an 18 month entitlement process. |
