William Guman & Associates, Ltd. is the lead land planner and landscape architect for this world class Destination Resort community being planned for Southeastern Colorado.

Nearly 12,000 acres are being planned to include resort-quality hotels, gaming facilities, guest ranches, and an RV resort and equestrian park. A regional Airport and a membership-only hunt club may also be included in the plans.

 

The proposed community will incorporate many "green" site elements, including a wind and solar farm to assist with power generation for the site's various uses.
