William Guman & Associates, Ltd. is the lead land planner and landscape architect for the 800 acre expansion of Meadow Lake Airport and the adjacent 300 acre Meadow Lake Industrial Park. Airport expansion plans were prepared in conjunction with the Airport Development Group and the FAA. At build-out, the expanded Meadow Lake Airport will provide for a new east-west runway and an additional two thousand feet on the Airport's existing runway.
 

Meadow Lake Industrial Park will provide for general aviation purpose office, commercial, and industrial space with direct access to the Airport.

Guman worked with ADG, FAA, and El Paso County to win unanimous approval by the El Paso County Board of Commissioners after an 18 month entitlement process. Approval of the master plan ensures Meadow Lake Airport can maintain its status as a General Reliever Airport to the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport.
