Currently in the preliminary planning phase, Cooper Tower is a 24-story mixed use high rise scheduled for development in the downtown business core of Colorado Springs. William Guman & Associates, Ltd. is the lead landscape architect and has provided assistance with site planning.

The new development will include street level retail shops, a national name hotel, Class-A office space, and residential lofts and condominiums on the upper levels.

When completed, prominent site amenities will include a multi-lane porta coshere for valet parking, sidewalk retail kiosks, and an outdoor atrium café on the alley way between Cooper Tower and the historic City Auditorium to the east.
