This new 24-story high rise at the corner of Nevada Avenue & Kiowa Street in downtown Colorado Springs includes a national hotel, luxury condominiums, and prime retail frontage.

 

As the project's landscape architect, William Guman & Associates, Ltd. has planned for an "urban enclave" streetscape that includes an intimate courtyard in the alley shared with the historic City Auditorium - a first for Colorado Springs.
